Please check your order before commencing to the payment area of the PayPal website. No refunds can be given in error of track selection choices or after an order has been placed. When you are happy with your track selection, click the Check-out Button where you fill in your personal details, then click the Purchase Button where you will be taken to the PayPal payment area. Please note: if you are not a member of PayPal you can join and then pay for your tracks or pay straight away using a valid credit or debit card. (Please check your order before commencing to the payment area of the PayPal website as no refunds can be given in error of track selection choices or after an order has been placed). Once payment is authorised via PayPal you will be sent to the confirmation page which contains your download link(s). You will also receive a confirmation receipt email; this will also contain your download link(s). Please check your spam folder before contacting us in regards to any missing link(s). Please click the link(s) and your downloads will begin automatically. The link(s) will remain active for 24 hours from the time of purchase so it is important to make your download as soon as possible and within this time. In case of lost internet connection during your download you will be given 2 attempts to download each track you purchase.
Please remember before making any purchase! Although you can purchase our Mp3 tracks via your iOS device – iPad / iPhone etc; when you arrive at your success page containing your download link(s) these Mp3 tracks can not be downloaded directly onto your iPad / iPhone because we have no association with iTUNES. (An iPad will never give the option to download a file since it has no file manager). You can download our Mp3 tracks directly onto any desktop browsers and/ or android devices and then seek your appropriate device support team to find out how to then transfer onto your iPad etc. Thank you, F2B.

14. MUSIC LICENSING AGREEMENT: (Your Terms Of Use)
Failure to comply with these agreements may result in criminal prosecution being taken against you. Feet2Beat products are available for non-commercial and domestic use only. We reserve the right to refuse orders from any individuals or businesses or those that we consider are for commercial or other non-domestic usage. When you purchase and download any Feet2Beat music tracks you are not obtaining ownership of the tracks / art-work you are in fact purchasing a licence to use the musical track compositions and artwork for your own personal use. This licence is Non-Transferable at any time. Feet2Beat will always retain ownership of all music tracks and all cover art it advertises on its web-sites and stores. At all times, all downloaded Feet2Beat music tracks must reside on media owned by you. You may not loan, gift or give away copies of Feet2Beat music. Purchasing and downloading Feet2Beat tracks / art-work means you agree to your details being added to our secure Database. Your email address will automatically be added to our newsletter and promotional lists. (These lists contain an opt-out at any time link).
15. ALL FEET2BEAT TRACKS ARE WATERMARKED:
All Feet2Beat tracks are WaterMarked! Any illegal copies of Feet2Beat music tracks found to be distributed by you will result in your account being terminated and legal action being taken against you. You may make up to three copies of any legally purchased Feet2Beat music tracks. You may store these tracks in three separate locations. These locations may include: Personal music players, readable DVD / CD and computer hard drives, external or internal.
Because Feet2Beat can not be held responsible for your internet connections, please contact us if you are having any severe problems with any downloads of your purchased tracks. Any illegal distribution of your link(s) or purchased Mp3 files will result in your account being terminated and legal action being taken against you.
Please also be aware Feet2Beat can not be held responsible for any calibration issues with Mp3 player timers, and timers on fitness machines that might not exactly match our track timings or minute markers – allow for silence at the end of our tracks and allow for the compression that takes place in creating Mp3 tracks.
